It is specifically understood that participation in all Russell Recreation sponsored activities has potential dangers. I acknowledge that potential and understand that Russell Recreation, USD 407, and the City of Russell, their agents, directors, officers, and employees are not liable for any claims arising out of injury of accident unless occasioned by wanton and willful negligence.
